Todd epitomizes a love of learning in both his professional and personal pursuits. His quest to know and grow has taken him from global sales positions in Silicon Valley to strategy and expansion efforts with emerging technology companies, startups, and nonprofit organizations.

Todd’s list of educational credentials is long. He holds multiple degrees including a master’s in information systems from the University of San Francisco, a master’s in telecommunications management from Golden Gate University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.

He has earned multiple certifications from Cisco Systems and the Digital Signage Expert Group. He is a certified instructor for Franklin Covey’s Speed of Trust, holds an Executive Management & Leadership Certification from Cornell University and is currently enrolled in an Executive Scholar Program at the Kellogg School of Management.

Todd has also been a training facilitator and course coordinator for Fortune 500 companies, a 10-year adjunct professor at Golden Gate University and a private pilot.

Before joining the Vail Centre, Todd was a senior vice president of worldwide sales at a Denver-based software company and previously held management positions for Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T.

As COO of Vail Centre, Todd plays a strategic role in executing on the vision of the four learning centres, establishing educational partnerships, managing the teams and overseeing the implementation of programs. He also facilitates leadership and sales development programs with executives and their teams.

When not in a classroom or designing a conference, Todd strives to be out on the trails, skiing, hiking and biking. He and his wife Cynthia can also be found in the stands cheering on their two children who compete in freestyle and alpine skiing..
