Overview
Sempre Avanti was the motto of the 10th Mountain Division as they liberated Northern Italy in World War II. It means “Always Forward.” Using the men of the 10th as examples, this program will test your grit as you examine your leadership capabilities.
Sempre Avanti is an immersive leadership program that combines a portion of the famous Trooper Traverse from Leadville to Aspen skinning excursion with stories and lessons from the 10th mountain division in order to strengthen your leadership self-knowledge under pressure.
Sempre Avanti is a 3 day destination program that starts and ends in Vail, CO and includes 1 night staying in a 10th Mountain Division Hut.
Who Should Register?
This program is designed for seasoned leaders with experience leading people, initiatives, or business organizations. Leaders from all sectors are invited: business, government, and non profit.
Sempre Avanti involves many hours on skis, so familiarity and comfort with winter/outdoor activities is advised. Participants should be fit enough to run 5km without walking.
